SICAK PÜSKÜRTME (PÜSKÜRTME VE ERGİTME)

SPRAY AND FUSE

Thermal powders, which sprayed onto work pieces, are fused by oxy-acetylene flame. When diffusion temperature reaches to 1000–1100 °C, the coating melts and adheres to substrate by forming metallurgical bond. Dense, less porosity and excellent bonded coatings are obtained by spray and fuse processes. These coatings are resisted for high working temperature over 700 °C and thermal shocks.

Nickel and cobalt self fixing thermal powder are used. Ni Cr B Si and Co Ni Cr Mo Si B compositions are usually applied. High hardness coatings (over HRC 65 hardness) are obtained.

High diffusion temperature might cause to deformation on parts. Hence, this kind of coating is more preferable for new products. Application thickness is max. 2-2.5 mm.

INDUSTRIAL APPLICATION
Wire drawing pulleys and drums, transprt rolls, run out table rollers, guide rollers, twister rolls, extruder screws, mixer arms, shafts and shaft sleeves, wear rings, tension rolls, pivots and cams, rasp bars.
