FLAME SPRAY

Thermal powder material is melted by flame of oxy-acetylene fuel gas mixture and then it is sprayed to the main material. This method is applied with combustion temperature which reaches to 3100 °C. Generally, metal and metal alloy powders (nickel, chrome, copper, aluminum, stainless steels, carbon steels) are used. In the course of coating, temperature of work piece doesn't exceed 150°C. According to powder type, 5 mm thickness of coating could be obtained.
INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS

While some kind of the coated surfaces made by Flame Spray can be used in the plain case, others are required to be fused after spraying.

Shaft bearings and journals, shaft sleeves, wear rings, roller bearing races, friction bearings and guides, bearing bushes, pump shafts and housings, plunger pistons, sliding bushes and surfaces, feed rolls are same of the applications.
